About us

The au pair agency friendship has been established in 1998 by Klaudia Froriep and Anja Leonard. Klaudia Froriep, 41 years old, office clerk and multilingual secretary, mother of Tim 11 years and Franziska 9 years old. Anja Leonard, 40 years old, office clerk and examined business economist, mother of Hendrik 7 years old and Kate 1 year old.

We have set it to our task placing young humans in the age between 18 and 30 years as au pair from and to Eastern and Western Europe. We make it possible to foreign young people getting acquainted with the everyday life in a German family and helping them to extend their human and cultural horizon. By their acquired language knowledges they can obtain better chances in their later career.

We place German young girls and boys within Europe over our partner agencies abroad. They receive the opportunity to experience culture and life habits of other countries and get the possibility to improve their language knowledges.

Naturally we have the special permission of the Federal Institution for Labourship. Since January 2002 we belong to the Au-pair Society e. V., since exchange of experience with colleagues is very important to us. The members of the federal association for au pair agencies, host families and au pairs commit themselves to the adherence of the valid laws, the guidelines as well as the statute of the federation.
